In this f0lder you can see a file with name "h0st".
Open n0tepad and dr0p thIs file in it.
G0 d0wn in thIs you wil see "127.0.0.1" l0cal h0st or you may find this by pressing ctrl+f. N0w do the final step just add the website y0u want to bl0ck bl0w the 127.0.0.1
